Z-Axis Microscope Stage – iZAA-SO
WDI’s Z-axis positioning Stages are motorized systems for precise OEM Automated Z objective movement of microscope objective lenses. They provide accurate vertical positioning and vertical objective movement for various microscopy applications, including long stroke models and configurations for larger field-of-view objectives and cameras.
Known for accuracy, repeatability, and reliability, the fully integrated single objective model, Z-axis Stage iZAA-Single Objective, is a precision Z axis positioning stage and Z focus stage that handles various objective lenses with a standard M26 thread.
Features
- New integrated electronics removes the need for an additional external controller and cabling with significant cost reduction while maintaining superb performance ideal for fast-tracking focus applications.
- A four times improvement in Z-axis resolution (only 39 nm without encoder) compared to previous generation actuators, providing highly precise vertical objective movement through a high-precision Z focus stage architecture.
- Design allows for standalone use or with WDI’s autofocus sensors while supporting two 1.5A LED illuminators or one 3A LED illuminator
